Skeleton Frank is a now-dead legendary dueler who haunted Mario and Luigi's attic in "MLPB Halloween Special 2015: Mario, Luigi, and the Ghost".
Personality[]
Skeleton Frank is very combative and arrogant. He got into many duels, and eventually died in his final duel with what he called "a young whippersnapper".
Appearance[]
Skeleton Frank is a skeleton who wears a black skeleton robe. While he was alive, though, he was bald with grey sideburns, and had a large nose. He also carried a pistol with him at all times when he was still living.
