Wiggler is a minor character of Marioluigiplushbros. He is not really a villain although Wiggler does work for Bowser. He tied for 2nd place for Smartest character in the 2012 MLPB Awards along with Luigi, Peach, Toad, and Yoshi. The only time he spoke was in the first MLPB Q and A video.
